Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling changes that were paid. All shipping to UPPER Home must be pre-paid and insured. UPPER Home cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. New York State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
